Summer is not the only thing that came to a close last month! Congrats to two of my sellers on the closing of their properties! These two great properties sold quickly.
- A wonderful client moved on from her starter home after 14 years of ownership! It was a very happy and emotional transaction that ended with a 16% over list price closing for my seller! (Yes, this is still a thing with the right representation.)
- In another unique St. Louis neighborhood, a pair of investors successfully closed on one more of their single family rental houses. Selling this property helps them reposition their portfolio into new opportunities.
