It’s your last weekend to wear white without a snobby boomer questioning your fashion choices. The dog days of summer are over, kids are in school, and football is here to consume our lives in America. Alas, the job of a realtor continues… I had the joy of guiding some great clients to successful closings this month both in the greater St. Louis area and across the state.
AUGUST CLOSINGS
- To close out the summer we closed on some homes! A tenant became their own #landlord after purchasing the home they’d been renting for two years.
- An #investor found a new permanent address for himself and his stunning bride, complete with a pool and enough space for a golf simulator! They will rent out their current homes later this fall to expand their real estate #portfolio.
- Across the state we finalized the disposition of a large SFR portfolio, and on this side of the Missouri River we found a great new tenant on a three year lease for another investor.
